Please note, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless we sent you the wrong item or the item is faulty. We recommend keeping a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
Items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and in re-sellable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. If returned items are damaged or missing parts, we may charge a fee to cover the cost of repairs or replacements, which could impact the refund amount.
We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receiving them. For faulty items, please return them in a clean condition to help speed up the review process and ensure the safety of our team handling your return. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
If we send you an incorrect or damaged item, we will cover the cost of returning it. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us before disposing of it, as we may need it returned at our expense.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on grooming, cosmetics, or electrical products once the security or hygiene seals have been broken or if they show signs of use, unless the item is faulty.
